【Abstract】 Based on the current situation of china’s electricity pricing, according to microeconomics theory, the article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of two power pricing systems-the average and the marginal cost system, and points out that it is sscientific to price with marginal cost model. Meanwhlle, it has demonstrated the reasonability of making rainy and dry season power price with marginal cost model, and provides a theoretical basis for scientific decision in eletricity pricing.更多还原
