柴油机凸轮轴激光强化处理试验研究
Laser Heat Treatment to Camshaft in Diesel Enging
【摘要】 就QT60—2的黑化方式及激光工艺参数进行了优化选择,建立起硬化层的深度和宽度与工艺参数间的回归方程,对C4102型柴油机凸轮轴进行了激光热处理。处理后经抛光或精磨后即可装机运行,为设计微机控制的激光处理专门化机床,提供稳定而可靠的工艺依据。
【Abstract】 The blacken way and laser parameters of technology for QT60-2 have been optimized. The regression equations on the depth and width of the hardened layer between technology parameters have been set up resoectively. The camshaft in C4102 diesel engine has been been heated with laser. The results show that the average depth of hardened layer is more than 0. 31mm, the average hardness on surface is no lower than Hv0.1940,and the maximum deformation of radial rake is controlled within 0. 02mm.
