【摘要】 TW-301为加气混凝土生产中具有稳泡作用的发气剂。以茶皂素的表面活性和分散悬浮特性为依据,阐述TW-301在加气混凝土浇注过程中的作用历程和应用机理。认为,表面活性在降低反应能量、提高气孔稳定性方面起到稳泡作用;分散性能则使发气剂均匀分散悬浮于料浆中,改善气孔结构,达到提高抗压强度的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 TW-301 is a fine bubble stabilizator in aerated concrete in addition to a good gas-producing auxiliary agent.This article expounds its properties and actions.The action mechanism of TW-301 in aerated concerte pouring is discussed based on the surface activity and dispersing characteristic of tea saponin.It is considered to be effective that the surface activity acts on pouring stability,and dispersing characteristic improves hole structure.更多还原
