【Abstract】 In order to evaluate the diagnosis of chest X-ray films in senile chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD ) 249 cases of which were analysed clinically and radiographically in this paper. The authers consider that COPD in old people must be re-understood. And it was of great significance to measure the diameter of right inferior pulmonary artery to the diagnosis of senile COPD. In this paper the authers also discussed the characteristics of this disease in old people, which are considered to be in favor of the prevention and treatment of this tisease.更多还原
