【Abstract】 Twenty cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tu-mors were studied in this paper.When anastomotic fistulaoccured after the esphagojejunogastrostomy,the abundantdrainage,liquid diet,anti infection,replenish nourishmentand other supporting treatments were adopted instead ofthe traditional second operation repairing the fistula inearly stage and performing jejunostomy.The results indi-cated that the effects is good,and the risks of repeted op-eration was avoided for elderly patients.更多还原
