【Abstract】 Metallothionein(MT)dissolved in double-distilled water was dropped onto graphite and heated to 80℃ for 20 seconds,then dried in the air.Through the DS-89 constant-current mode STM,we not only succeeded in obtaining images of MT molecules,but also found the peptide chain at some parts.Our work gives a new method to the research of the three-dimensional conformation,though it has not been matured yet.更多还原
