【Abstract】 It is proposed that double-tuned circuit can improve the bandwidth of microwave and millimeter-wave IMPATT amplifier. The small and large signal characteristics of the amplifier are analyzed in detail and the conditions to realize the maximum bandwidth are given after the relationship between circuit parameters and broadband characteristic is discussed. The theoretical results are verified by the experiments.更多还原
