超导约瑟夫逊电压基准及对2e/h值的测定
The Superconducting Josephson Voltage Standard and the Determination of 2e/h Value
【摘要】 本文叙述了我所研制的10mV超导约瑟夫逊电压标准测量系统,总不确定度为2.4×10(-(?),随机不确定度小于1×10-8。1988年4月,精确测定了我国SI单位的2e/h值为483597.88GHz/V,与国际平差值仅相差4×10(-(?)。由于该系统具有很高的准确性和可靠性,1992年8月被国家技术监督局批准为国家临时电压自然基准并正式启用。
【Abstract】 This paper describes the measurement system of 10mV superconducting Josephson voltage standard developed by our institute. The total uncertainty of the system is 2.4×10-a and its random uncertainty is less than 1×10-a. In April 1988. the 2e/h value in SI Unit is precisely determined as 483597. 88GHz/V. The difference between our result and international adjustment is only 4× 10-a. Because it possesses very high accuracy and reliability, the system was ratified as National Temporary Voltage Natural Standard by National Monitoring Bureau of Technology and was formally put into operation in August 1992.
