【Abstract】 In this paper, the basic principle of the method of lines is extended to the research of dispersion characteristic of elliptical microstrip lines using modified boundary conditions. A dispersion characteristic equation is derived. The results of this method are in agreement with those calculated in qu-asi-TEM case in low frequency for confocal ellipses. At the same time, the dispersion characteristic curves of two kinds of special microstrip lines are given.更多还原
