【Abstract】 A new method proposed for measuring instantaneous rotational speed of motor is described, The relevant measuring system is developed and a lot of experiments on dynamical measuring of motor are made. All shows that the measurment is noncontact, quickly-response and high precision and suitable for the dynamical measuring of micro-motor and micro rotational mechanism specially.
