防止不锈钢还原气氛高温变色镀层的研制

【摘要】 通过大量试验,研制成功一种新型的镀镍溶液。结果表明,这种新型的镀镍溶液具有优良的电化学性能,极低的镀层内应力,采用这种工艺在不锈钢(1Crl8Ni9Ti)上镀镍可有效地防止其在高温(900℃)氢气气氛下变黑和镀层起泡。实验中比较了两种不同添加剂镀液的电化学性能,包括均镀能力、深镀能力和阴极电流效率等,并测定了镀层的内应力,分析其原因与影响。

【Abstract】 A new type of Ni electroplating bath is successfully developed through a number of ex- periments. The results indicate that this bath has excellent electrochemical performances and in ternal stress of Ni coating obtained with this bath is very low. Ni coating obtained on the stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti) using this technology can effectively prevent the stainless steel blackening and the coating blistering in hydrogen at high temperature. in the experiement electrochemical performances including throwing power, covering power and cathodic cur-rent efficiency of the electroplating bath with the addition of two kinds of additives were compared. Internal stress of the coating was measured. Their causes and affecting factors are discussed in this paper.
