【Abstract】 In general ,selenium (Se) has immunological enhancement and has an important part in preventing and resisting disease. In this paper ,a control sutdy was performed in the Keshan Disease region by B rosette test and EA rosette test on the population sampled in which one had been supplied and the other not supplied with Se. The result showed that Se doesn’t seem to be related to immunological enhancement either in cell-mediated immunity or in humoral immunity.更多还原
