YBCO超导体高临界电流的一种有效测量方法

【摘要】 本文采用在银基带上进行YBCO取向晶体Jc测量的方法,克服了高Jc超导样品进行稳态直流传输测量时存在的接触发热、机械损坏、失超烧毁等困难。用银胶连接YBCO超导体和金属材料,其间的面接触电阻率随处理温度的升高明显减少。900℃经4h处理后,其值可达10-7Ωcm2-10-7Ω·cm2。实验测量和理论分析表明,用银胶连接超导体和银基带,经一定温度处理后,进行Jc测量时,银基带上的分流可忽略不计,可见该种稳态Jc测量方法是有效的、可行的。

【Abstract】 After taking on the measurement method of Jc for YBCO oriented crystal on the silver tape matrix, we can solve the problem (for example, contact resistance heating, mechanical damage and Joule thermal damage after the sample losts superconductivity etc. ) existing in the steady D. C. transport measurement for high Jc superconductive sample. When the silver paste is used to connect YBCO superconductor with metal material, the contact resistivity between them drops evidently with the treatment temperature lowering. It can reach the value of 10-7Ω cm2 through the treatment process at 900℃ 4h. Measuring and analysing show that the branch current of the silver tape can be overlooked when the superconductor is connected with silver tape by the silver paste and is treated at a certain temperature. So, we can conclude that aforesaid steady D. C. transport measurement method of Jc is practicable and effective.
