【摘要】 本文提出了一个实用的启发式电网优化规划方法,以电网的年综合费用作为目标函数和有效性指标,不仅能满足电网的直流潮流方程和线路额定容量约束,而且能满足(Ⅳ—1)检验条件。这种方法既便于决策人员直接参与决策过程,又可以方便地通过改变一个权因子的值来分析某些决策变量对最优方案影响的灵敏度。试验结果证明了本文方法的可行性和实用性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper ,a practical heuristic method of optimum planning of transmission network is advanced. It takes the annual total, cost of transmission network as the object function and the efectiveness norm, and satisfies (N- 1) security principle as well as the constraint of DC power folw equations of network and that of the rated capacity of transmission lines.This method provides policy-makers with much convenience to participate in decision-making directly. In addition, because of the introduction of a weight-factor, the sensitivity that some decision variables affect the optimal plan can be analysed easily only by changing the weight-factors value. As a result, this method is useful for practical applications. All the conclusions in this paper have been verified with tests.更多还原
