几株鱼类肠道细菌溶血毒素的葡萄糖抑制效应
CLUCOSE EFFECTS ON HEMOLYSIN PROCLUCTION OF SOME FISH LNTESTNAL BACTERIA STRAINS
【摘要】 从遗传学的角度对嗜水气单胞菌(Acromonas hydrophila)的溶血毒素的产生及调控作了初步探讨,发现嗜水气单胞菌的溶血毒素产生有两种情况,一种是组成型酶,产量稳定,与培养基中葡萄糖含量没有关系;另一种是诱导酶,当有诱导物时大量产生,但这一诱导现象被培养基中的葡萄糖抑制。该结果为解释嗜水气单胞菌是否是条件致病菌摸索了一条新路。
【Abstract】 A preliminary study on the production and regulation of hemolysin of Aeromonas hydrophila has been conducted from the point of genetics in this paper.The production of hemolysin of A.hydrophila can be divided into two categories,constitutive and inductive synthesis.The former pro- duce hemolysin constitutively and cannot be affected by the glucose in environment,while the latter produce hemolysin only when there are blood cells in the medium,and this production can be repressed by glucose.This results has explained the so—called conditional pathogen property of A.hydrophila.
