微孔钛种植体生物陶瓷烧结涂层复合骨形成蛋白骨界面扫描电镜观察和成骨量测定
The measurement of bone formation in the interface of BMP composited with bioceramic porous titanium implants and host bone by SEM
【摘要】 作者用日立S—520扫描电镜,对微孔钛种植体生物陶瓷烧结涂层复合骨形成蛋白移植于15只成年狗颌骨内2~16周标本进行骨界面观察和成骨量测定.就种植材料,种植体表面形态、结构,种植体与骨组织间隙大小,骨形成蛋白等及成骨时间和量作了分析.实验组2~4周成骨量是对照组的1~2.5倍,成骨时间早,量大,成熟快,骨性结合好.
【Abstract】 The BMP bioceramic porous titanium implants were placed in the mandibles of 15 adult dogs for 2 ~ 16 weeks. The bone-implant interface was observed and the content of new bone apposition was measured using SEM (Hitachi S-520). The results Showed that the amount of new bone formation in experimental group was 1~2.5 times more than that in control group after 2 ~4 weeks of implantation.
