【Abstract】 In this paper, a successful testing work of ground penetrating radar for the detection of the buried depth and thickness of the casted stone bed at the embankment of the Qiantang River is presented. The work was done along the river at the sandy face of the beach area and on the water surface. The purpose of the work was to provide the precise information related to the thoroughly renovating of the embankment, and the technic measures of GPR detection suited for the special condition on site.更多还原
