【摘要】 本文在阐明用钝圆锥形砂轮精确地成形等螺旋角锥形钝刀前刀面的原理的基础之上,导出了磨削系统中刀具回转运动α和砂轮直线进给运动s 间的函数关系α～S,刀具法向前角γ_α沿刀具轴向位置 x.的变化规律γ_α～x_α,以及刀具半锥角δ和安装偏距 e 对γ_α～x_α.曲线的影响规律,为研制等螺旋角锥形铣刀提供了比较完整的理论依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the generating principle of the rake face of cone milling cutter with a blund cup grinder,which is proposed in this paper,the functional relation between the revolution of the tool,(?),and the translation of the grinder,s,the change of the normal rake angle with that of the axial distance x.and the influence of the half angle of taper and the setting offset e on the x,-γ.curve are deduced.Our work provides a more complete theoretical basis for the research and production of this kind of special tools.更多还原
