【摘要】 本文简述了大麦黄花叶病毒不同株系的RNA和外壳蛋白的生化特性分析结果。大麦黄花叶病毒不同株系的RNA通过电泳都有二条带,即RNA—1和RNA—2;而外壳蛋白通过电泳只有一条带,但在纯化病毒过程中容易降解为二条或更多条带。根据所得结果,讨论了大麦黄花叶病毒的生化特性与鉴定不同株系的关系。

【Abstract】 This paper briefly described the analytic results of biochemical characters of RNAs and coat protein of different BaYMV strains. There were two species of RNAs in different BaYMV strains in electrophoresis, designated as RNA—1 and RNA—2. there was one band of the coat protein in different BaYMV strains in SDS—polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, but the protein was easy to degrade into two or more bands in the virus purification. According to the study results, the relationship between biochemical characters of BaYMV and identifing different virus of BaYMV was discussed.
