闭经妇女骨矿含量及有关因素

【摘要】 本文采用 BMD-4型骨密度分析仪对71例闭经妇女进行了骨矿含量(BMC)测定,同时测定血 E2、T、PRL 水平,空腹尿钙与肌酐比值(尿Ca/Cr 值)及身高、体重、体重指数(BWI),并以20例月经正常妇女作为对照。结果表明,高泌乳素血症闭经、过早绝经、下丘脑—垂体性闭经以及 Turner’s综合征闭经妇女 BMC 明显减低,而多囊卵巢综合征闭经妇女 BMC 无明显改变;血 E2水平不足是闭经妇女 BMC 减低的主要原因;闭经时间对 BMC 也有一定影响;空腹尿 Ca/Cr 值可作为预测闭经妇女 BMC 减低倾向的指标。

【Abstract】 Bone mineral content of 71 amenorrheic women was examined,and serum estradiol,testosterone,prolactin levels,fasting urinary calcium to creatinine ratio,height,weight,body weight index were also measured. 20 healthy women with regular mense as controls were studied.It indi- cates that the mean mineral content levels in the hyperprolactinemic amenorrhea,premature menopause,hypothalamus-pituiatary amenorrhea and women with Turner’s syndrome were significantly lower than that in the normal controls.The mean mineral content level in the patients of polycyst ovary syndrome was not completely different from that in the normal controls.The serum estradiol deficiency is a major factor in amenorrheic osteopenia.The duration of amenorrhea may be a factor on bone mineral content.The fasting urinary calcium to creatinine ratio is an index for predicting the predisposition to osteopenia in amenorrheic women.
