This paper introduces the experiment of fish farming on mainly applying fertilizer in reservoirs.It makes yield increase from 4.2 kg to 25.7 kg per mu and net a profit of 55 000 yuan in the middle-scale reservoir.In this contribution the authors present a high-yield technique which is suitable to middle and small scale reservoirs under conditions of sediment-laden waters.
