陶瓷粉末平面爆炸烧结裂纹的形成
Cracks formation of ceramics powder compact by planar explosive consolidation
【摘要】 对SiC末的爆炸烧结过程进行了数值模拟,计算了粉末中入射冲击 波和反射冲击波压力,与实验测得的压力峰值吻合良好.从计算结果出发, 讨论了SiC粉末烧结件中裂纹形成的机制.
【Abstract】 The numerical simulations on dynamic compaction of SiC powder have been performed, calculating the incident and reflected shock pressure in powder, which is well consistent with peak value measured by experiments. On the basis of calculated results, the mechanism of cracks formation in SiC powder compact is discussed.
