剃齿过程中线外啮合现象的研究
Investigation of out-of-bound-meshing of gear shaving
【摘要】 根据齿轮与剃齿刀的静态接触实验及剃齿过程的顺序采样实验,证明在剃齿过程中必然存在线外啮合现象,并对剃齿齿形精度产生一定影响;建立了表述剃齿机理的数学模型,指出克服剃齿齿形中凹的简便可行办法是:最大限度地增加被剃齿轮齿廊的浙开线有效长度.通过实验,证明了这一观点的正确性.
【Abstract】 The existence of the phenomenon called "out-of-bound-meshing" (OBM) is experimentally verified in gear shaving. Both static contact test and shaving process show that OBM does considerably affect the profile accuracy. A mathematical model is also established for shaving pro-cess. Based on the experiment ,the authors point out that the simple way to avoid saddle-formed profile is to increase the involute length of gear as much as possible.
