【摘要】 空气变形纱加工以是否带有定型热箱分为两大类。不带定型热箱工艺流程短,设奋简单;带定型热箱工艺流程长,设奋复杂。国内外未有文章较系统的分析研究定型热箱对空变纱性能的影响。本文基于以上原因,改变热箱条件对不同超喂、不同粗细的空变纱的稳定性、沸水收缩率以及强伸性能进行了系统的试验分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are two kinds of Air-Jet Texturing method,with or without heat-setting.Air-Jet Textur- ing withort heat-setting is simple and shout technology,with heat-setting is complicated and long tech- nology.This paper has measured systematicly the stability,shrinkage in boiling water and mechanical properties of Air-Jet Textured yarn for different overfeed and different denier when changing the heat- setting condition.Then the effect of heat-setting on the properties of Air-Jet Textured yarn has dis- cussed and analysed.更多还原
