【摘要】 本文在分析椭圆封头及丝极电渣焊工艺特点的基础上,建立了用于解决椭圆封头瓜瓣丝极电渣焊拼接的数学模型。开发了计算最佳焊接位置和工件运动情况的计算机软件。根据计算结果,讨论了椭圆封头瓜瓣丝极电渣拼焊工艺的可行性,并将计算结果用于指导生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the paper a math model for solution of electroslag welding with wire electrode to weld a formed segments for ellipsoidal head is established on the basis of analyzing characteristic of ellipsoidal head and process of electro-slag welding with wire electrode. A program is made for calculating the best welding position and workpiece movement distance. The possibility of the welding ellipsoidal head procedure as above referred is discussed on the basis of calculation result which is applied to guide the fabrication.更多还原
