【摘要】 将稀土应用予采后金针菇保鲜研究。实验证明,稀土可调节采后金针菇的呼吸强度,金针菇施以适当浓度的稀土(0.5％)后,用塑料薄膜密封包装,采用自发调气法贮藏,发现稀土不但可以降低金针菇的呼吸强度,而且对抑制其开伞,控制异味产生有显著作用,在18～22℃温度条件下可将保鲜期延长至7d。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rare earth has been used to prolong the shelf life of fresh mushroom in this paper. It has been found that the respiratory rate of fresh mushroom can be modified by using rare earth, when fresh mushroom is put in the selected concentration of rare earth (ex,0.5％) and packed in sealed plastic bag, the rate of respiration and cap opening and the peculiar smell can be decreased.
