液态密度亏值对球墨铸铁收缩的影响

【摘要】 实验测定了化学成分、浇注温度、铸件模数和铸型刚度对球墨铸铁收缩特性的影响。对球铁试样的重量、缩孔体积和轮廓膨胀与灰涛铁进行了对比:在相同工艺条件下,球铁件的重量比形状及尺寸相同的灰铸铁件轻约百分之一,提出了球墨铸铁液态密度亏值的新观点,讨论了液态密度亏值对球墨铸铁收缩的影响、球铁凝固的外形尺寸变化和无冒口铸造。

【Abstract】 The effects of casting modulus, pouring temperature. carbon equivalent and mould toughness on the solidification shrinkage of ductile cast iron was investigated experimentally. The weight. volume shrinkage and shape expansion of ductile cast iron specimens were contrasted with those of gray cast iron. It was found that the former is about 1% less than the latter in weight under otherwise equal conditions.and a new idea on liquidus density deficiency was thus proposed. The effect of liquidus density deficiency on the solidification shrinkage.the change in overall size and the rizer-free casting process were also discussed.
