直流电弧炉内熔体中电流分布及其自身搅拌力
Current Distribution and Self-Induced Stirring Force in Melts in a DC Arc Furnace
【摘要】 应用数值方法对直流电弧炉条件下的 Maxwell 方程进行了解析,结果表明,熔体中的电流密度、电磁场强度和电磁力的分布是非常不均匀的,电弧附近的钢水中的电流密度较其它区域高出 1~2 个数量级,电磁力较其它区域高出 2~3 个数量级,该区域的电磁力对熔体搅拌起着决定性的作用,预测了钢水的流形。
【Abstract】 Numerical method is applied to solving Maxwell’s equations under the conditions of a DC arc furnace. The results show that the current density, magnetic field intensity and electromagnetic force in melts are distributed nonuniformly to a great extent. In close visinity to the arc,the current density and electromagnetic force are shown 1 -2 and 2 - 3 orders of magnetude, respectively, higher than those in other areas,and the latter is also a decisive factor to melt stirring and available to the prediction of fluid flow pattern.
