钼基金属陶瓷在空气中的高温氧化行为及防护
High-Temperature Oxidation Behavior and Protection for Mo-Based Ceramets in Air
【摘要】 试验研究三种钼基金属陶瓷材料在空气中的高温氧化行为及防护的可能性。由于陶瓷相的保护作用,使钼基金属陶瓷的高温抗氧化性能远优于纯钼;MCPT-3 型样品的氧化产物与陶瓷相反应生成保护膜,在1150℃以下具有良好的保护作用;MCPT-4 与 MCPT-6 型的氧化产物不能与陶瓷相形成保护膜,高温抗氧化性能差,采用涂层处理,防氧化效果显著,在无热冲击的情况下,该涂层至 1200℃ 仍具有保护作用。
【Abstract】 The high-temperature oxidation behavior and the possibility of protection for Mo-based ceramets in air were studied experimentally. It was found that the anti-oxidation ability of Mo-based ceramets is preferable to that of pure molybdenum because of the protecting function from ceramic phase. The oxidized samples of MCPT-3 type, as reaction with MgO ceramic phase can form a protecting coat which has a good protecting effect below 1500℃. However, the oxidized samples of MCPT-4 and MCPT-6 types can not react with the ceramic phase to form a protecting coat so their oxidation rate are rather rapid. But. after coating, their anti-oxidation effects on surface can be greatly improved, i. e. the protection effect will remain unchanged at a temperature limited to 1200℃ in case of no thermal shock applied to.
