六偏磷酸钠的作用机理研究
Mechanism of the Function of Sodium Hexametaphophate
【摘要】 本文通过吸附量和ζ-电位测定,以及单矿物浮选试验等手段,并结合捕收剂使用机理研究的一些结果,对六偏磷酸钠的作用机理进行了研究。发现六偏磷酸钠的作用主要在于对矿物表面的阴离子捕收剂进行解吸并吸附在表面使之亲水,从而达到对矿物的抑制。研究还发现pH对六偏磷酸钠的作用效果有明显影响。pH超过一定值后抑制作用消失。
【Abstract】 The sodium hexametaphosphate (SHP) was systematically investigation for its mechanism of function by means of the measurements of adsorption capacity and Zeta potential and flotation tests in combination with the function study of collecting agent. It was found that the function of SHP is mainly to deadsorb the anionic collector on mineral surface then provide hydrophilic surface through adsorption such that the mineral can be depressed. Flotation results also show that pH value has great effect on SHP’s function and when it exceeds a certain value the depression effect of SHP will disappear.
