用CW-CO2激光实现钛-硼表面合金化的机理

【摘要】 用中功率CW-CO2激光实现了Ti-B表面合金化。以三维无限大热流模型计算了熔区的温度场分布;对合金化过程和特点以及得到的结果进行了分析和讨论;指出了TiB2作为改善钛表面性能的强化相的强化机制。

【Abstract】 Surface alloy of Ti-B was firstly and successfully attained by means of CW-CO2 laser. The temperature field distribution of molten zone is calculated by a semi-infinite 3-dimensional heat flow model,with the alloying process and its features and experimental results of surface alloying discussed. It is found that TiB2 plays an important role in the surface intensification of titanium. Moreover,the intensifying mechanism of TiB2 is also discussed.
