【Abstract】 A kind of expansible compound casting flux was developed by utilizing the industrial waste materials,such as ashes from electric power plant,blast furnace slag and zeolite powder,with some fluxing agents and carbon materials added in. The chemical composition and physical properties of fluxes, the structure of flux layer and the application results in ingot pouring were also described. The effect of acidated exparsible graphite on flux and its mechanism were discussed.更多还原
