哈尔滨地区猪、狗旋毛虫低温耐受性研究

【摘要】 对自然感染的猪、狗旋毛虫肉进行室内和室外冷冻实验。结果表明,狗旋毛虫较耐低温,-32±0.5℃,6~8天失去对小鼠的感染力;-22±1℃,6~9个月,-15±1℃,9个月仍有感染力。冬天室外自然冷冻不能使狗旋毛虫灭活。猪旋毛虫不耐低温,-32±0.5℃,26~36h;-22±1℃,4天;-15±1℃,9天即失去对小鼠的感染力。冬天室外自然冷冻可使猪旋毛虫灭活。

【Abstract】 Freeze resistance of Trichinella spiralis from swine & dog in Harbin, China was observed. Tt was found that Trichinella spiralis from dog was more resistant to low temperature than that from swine. Trichinae from swine became non-infective when stored at-32±0.5℃ for 26~32h, for 4d. at-22±1℃ and for 9d. at-15±1℃ . Trichinae from dog became non—infective when stored at-32±0.5℃ for 6~8d. Infective trichinae were found in dog meat samples after 9 months of freezing at-15±1℃ and after 6~9 months at-22±1℃ . Trichinae from dog can not be dcslroycd when frozen outdoors through the whole winter.
