试论水利经济评价中IRR和B/C两指标的评价效果

【摘要】 讨论用 IRR 和 B/C 指标进行水利工程多方案评价的结果。对于确定的经济分析期和投资标准收益率这两个指标的评价结果同样有效。

【Abstract】 When economic life and rate of recovery are fixed,the effect of internal rate ofreturn and benefit-cost ratio in appraising the economic effect of water conservancyof projects is discussed.The result shows that effect using internal rate of returnconforms to effect of using benefit-cost ratio.
