【摘要】 对鱼、虾、鸡及人体的离体血液和鱼、虾活体及血液的显微观察比较研究结果表明,茶皂素对血液中的红细胞都有溶血作用,而对白细胞和虾血细胞则无作用。对红细胞的毒性作用主要表现在破坏细胞膜而使细胞质外渗,导致红细胞解体。对鱼类的毒性,主要是通过破坏鱼鳃的上皮细胞而进入鳃血管和心脏,使血液中的红细胞产生溶血。茶皂素的溶血率曲线呈“S”型,即溶血不是匀速的,而是在某一段时间里特别快。达到每毫升标准血球悬浮液完全溶解约需纯茶皂素30μg。茶皂素的溶血速度随其稀释倍数的缩小而加快。茶皂素的溶血指数为100000。更多还原

【Abstract】 Results of microscopical observation on the bloods which were partedfrom the bodies of fish,prawn,chicken and human,and the bloods whichwere in the bodies of fish and prawn showed that tea saponin had haemolysisto red blood cell but hadn’t haemolysis to white blood cell and prawn’s blood.The ichthysis activity to red blood cell expressed that tea saponin destroyedthe membrane of the red blood cell then the cell isclusion was flowed out.The ichthyism activity of tea saponin expressed that tea saponin destroyedthe epithelioid cell of fish gill then went into the gill and the hart,at theend,led the red blood cell to haemolysis,but tea saponin did not act onprawn.After determined the relationship of the haemolytic ratio and thetime-dilution ratio curve with tea saponin concentration,the results showedthat the haemolytic ratio curve was‘S’type in shape.It meant that thehaemolytic rate was not uniform.It was necessary for 30 μg purity teasaponin to haemolysis 1 ml standard haemocyte suspension.The haemolyticindex of tea saponin was 100000.更多还原
