急冷 Ni-Al 合金显微结构及催化性能

【摘要】 本文用液态急冷单辊法制备出 Ni-Al 合金。研究了急冷 Ni-Al 合金与原始 Ni-Al 合金催化剂(工业用)的显微结构和合成尼龙中间体己二腈加氢反应中的催化性能。结果表明,急冷 Ni-Al 合金组织细小而均匀且 NiAl3相含量较多;助剂 Cr,Fe 元素分布较均匀;活化后急冷 Ni-Al 合金的孔容积及孔径尺寸较小,催化性能优于原始 Ni-Al 合金催化剂。

【Abstract】 Ni-Al alloy was prepared by rapid quenching.The microstructure and catalyticproperties of rapidly quenched Ni-Al alloy and primary Ni-Al alloy were studied.The resultshows that rapidly quenched Ni-Al alloy has fine and homogeneous structure and containsmore NiAl phase;distribution of Cr,Fe elements is more homogeneous.After activation,rapid-ly quenched Ni-Al alloy has smaller pore volume and diameter.Catalytic properties of rapidlyquenched Ni-Al alloy are superior to those of primary Ni-Al alloy.
