【摘要】 本文分析了腹部平片,静脉肾盂造影,B 超及CT 对肾脏疾病的诊断价值。CT 的组织分辨力为普通X 线的十倍,并能提供二维图象,对肾囊肿,结石等疾病可作出定性及定量诊断。静脉肾盂造影有禁忌症限制。B 超受到肠道积气及脂肪影响。4cm 以上肿块行B 超导引穿刺,而深部小于4cm 病灶应行CT 导引下穿刺。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diagnostic assessmerct of the renal disorders is analyzed by the compar-isons between Kidney-Ureter-Bladder(KVB),Intravenous Pyelography(IVP),B-Ultra-Sound(B-US),and Computed Tomography(CT)in this article,Computed Tomography(CT)can provide two-dimensional images.the density resolution of CT is ten times thatof common x-ray.The correct diagnosis can be made on the renal cyst and renal Calculus.IVP is Confined by some Controindictions while B-mode Vltrasound is remarkly interferedby colon gas and fats,Masses above 4 centimeters in diameter can be guided and biopsiedby B-Ultrasound,lesions less than 4cm in diameter Should be biopsied under the guidanceof CT.更多还原
