不同洗脱液对分子筛层析肺肝素的影响
The Effect on Chromatography of Lung Heparin by Molecular Sieve with Different Separation Cleansers
【摘要】 分子筛层析肺肝素以葡聚糖凝胶(sephadex G-50)为固定相时,使用不同洗脱液(流动相)进行洗脱时的效果,比较其结果,认为以生理盐水洗脱优于重蒸水洗脱。
【Abstract】 This paper reports that the separation cleanser of physiological saling used as mobile phase while gluco-polysaccharide gel used as immobile phase is better than that of distilled water.
