热激甘薯块根SOD、CAT活性与耐贮性的研究
Studies on Heat-shocking the Active and Storage Tolerance of Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) and Catelase (CAT) of Sweet Potato Roots
【摘要】 本文作者研究了热激甘薯块根SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量的变化与其耐贮性关系,结果表明热激甘薯块根SDD、CAT活性增强,MDA含量下降,是由于热激提高了薯根调节体内活性氧代谢平衡的能力所致,为进一步探索高温愈伤甘薯块根耐贮提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 The authors of this article have studied heat-shocking the active of SOD, CAT of sweet potato roots, and the relationship between the change of the content of MDA and its tolertance. Their study result shows that if sweet potato roots are heat-shocked, their active of SOD and CAT will go up, at the same time its content of MDA will go down. It is because that heat-shocking has raised the ability of sweet potato roots to adjust the balance of supersession of active oxygen in it. Their study result also provides theoretical basio for our further research on how to cure damaged sweet potato roots and raise their storage tolerance with high temperature.
