光纤自聚焦二极管纵向泵浦Nd:YAG激光器
LD End-pumped Nd : YAG Laser Focusing of SFML
【摘要】 本文在国内首次报导用自聚焦光纤透镜(SFML)会聚激光二极管(LD)的发光,纵向泵浦Nd:YAG激光器出光的实验。光光斜率效率达19%,明显高于同等情况下非球面透镜聚光的效果。
【Abstract】 This paper first reports in our country the experiment in which the Laser beam of the LD end-pumped is focused by self-focusing Microlens (SFML). The optical-optical slope efficiency is 19% which is much higher than that of the focusing of non-sphere Lens under the same conditions.
