流动注射——分光光度法测定工业废水中的Fe~2+和Fe~3+
FLOW INJECTION-SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC ANALYSIS OF Fe2+AND Fe3+ IN INDUSTRIAL WASTE WATER
【摘要】 将Fe2+与邻菲啰啉的显色反应引入流动注射系统,用盐酸羟胺将Fe3+预先还原。0~6μg/ml的Fe2+符合比耳定律,检测出限0.11μg/ml。0.25μg/mlFe2+经5次测定的标准偏差为2.2%,进样频率为120次/h,回收率98.5~104%。对工业废水中铁的测定取得了满意的效果。
【Abstract】 The colour-development reaction of Fe2+and1, 10-phen-antholine was used in the flow injection system. The Fe3+ was reduced by hydroxylamine hydrochloric acid. Within O-6ug/ml range of Fe2+ Beer’s law is held, and a detection limit of 0.11ug/ml. The relative standard deviation of 0.25ug/ml Fe2+is 2.2%(n=S).The sampling rate was 120 samples/h, the range of the recoveries was 98.5-104%. It has been applied to the determenation of iron in industrial waste water with satisfactory results.
