【摘要】 采用金相显微镜(OE)和透射电镜(TEM)方法研究了Ti-6242S合金退火、焊接显微组织的特征。OE,TEM观察显示:退火板材是双态组织,在初生α相中形成特殊位错组态,转变β中片状二次α相与β相间有界面相。在焊接熔化区看到柱状晶,沿柱状晶界析出针状α,α相间出现蜂窝状结构。

【Abstract】 The microstructures of Ti6242S alloy of annealing and welding were studied by optical microscope and TEM in this paper. The results showed that it was bimodal structure under the annealing condition, The special dislocation configuration was formed in the primary alpha phase and the interface phases between regrowth alpha phase and β phase were obserced. The columnar grains in the fusion zone, the needle alpna phase prcipitdes along the columnar grain boundary, and the cellular constructions between the alpha phase were also viewed.
