过滤器的中流量孔径与孔径分布的估计

【摘要】 阐明了中流量孔径的基本概念和原理。讨论了和空气透过法、汞压法与全冒泡孔径的对比试验结果。列出了数种金属粉末烧结过滤器的孔径对数的正态分布规律。因此,可以中流量孔径为轴线,对称地估算5%~95%的孔径分布区间,作为这几种过滤器生产的质量控制水平。

【Abstract】 This paper presents the principle and some fundamental concepts of mean-flow pore diameters during filter tests. Experimental results arc comparcd with that of air permeation, mercury intrusion and mass bubble pressure mcthods. The logrithmic normal distributions of three metal powder filters showed that the range of pore size between 5%-95% can be determined by an using of mean-flow pore diameter as an axis dividing the symmetrical curve figure into two parts, in order to controll the quality level of products.
