应力与渗氮
Stress and Nitriding
【摘要】 渗氮试样在280℃加热并施以拉力时,促使γ相析出的事实表明,应力对扩散起促进作用,且在弹性极限态时作用最大。试验指出,渗氮本身就存在着渗氮应力,由此导致《间断式》渗氮工艺的产生。
【Abstract】 This paper deal with an investigation on the precipitation behavior of γ phase when the nitrided specimens are heated to 280℃ and subjected to a tensile stress. The results show that the diffusion rate of nitrogen is accelemtccl by the stress, and reaches the maximum when the stress approaches the elastic limit of the specimen. Since the nitriding process itself produces structural stress and concentration gradient stress, a<interrupted> nitriding process is suggested.
