多功能NiO-SnO2气敏材料的敏感特性
Sensing Characteristics of Multifunction Gas-Sensing Materials of NiO-SnO2
【摘要】 采用化学共沉淀法合成了不同配比的NiO-SnO2气敏材料。用X射线衍射法分析了材料的结构与组成,测试了元件的气敏性能,并利用表面催化作用较好地解释了材料的敏感机理。通过改变NiO的掺杂量及气敏元件的加热功率,NiO-SnO2材料可分别实现对H2,C2H5OH的选择性检测以及对C2H5OH、H2、CO、C4H10和汽油等气体的广谱检测。
【Abstract】 NiO-SnO2 gas sensing materials of different mole ratio were made by chemical co-precipitation. The composition and structure of the materials were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction, and the gas-sensing properties were measured with RQ-2 type gas-sensing analyzer. In addition, gas-sensing mechanism of the materials was explained with catalytic effect of NiO and ABO3 oxides. NiO-SnO2 sensors can be used to detect inflammable gases and selectively detect H2or C2h4OH by changing heating power and doping quantity of NiO.
