冲击加载时CVN试样缺口前沿应变速率分布特性的数值分析
Numerical Analysis of Strain-Rate Field Below Notch Root of the Charpy V-Notched (CVN) Specimen
【摘要】 采用动态弹塑性有限元分析方法,对Charpy V型缺口(CVN)试样在冲击加载条件下缺口前沿各点的应变速率分布特性进行了研究。发现缺口前沿各点的应变速事分布足很不均匀的,并随加载时间而改变。由于应变速率对材料力学性能有直接影响,因此在分析动态解理断裂问题时,应采用“有效屈服区”中的材料应变速率值及相应的屈服极限值。
【Abstract】 The strain rate field below notch root of the charpy V-notched (CVN) specimen was numerically simulated using a dynamic elasto-plastic finite element method. It was indicated that the strain rate is distributed unevenly and changes with loading time. Since the mechanical properties of structural steels are severely affected by strain rate, values of the strain rate and the corresponding yield strength in the "effective yield zone" should be adopted when analyzing dynamic cleavage fracture.
