【摘要】 本文较系统地介绍了采用新鲜溶剂循环萃取法从霍霍巴干籽粉中提取油蜡的加工工艺,并从溶剂筛选、循环周期、工艺操作、粗油精制等角度探讨最佳参数。获得亮黄色、透明、无杂味的霍霍巴精油,以干籽重量计算得油率达46．8%,实际收率超过95%。同时还对油样作了较完整的GC-MS(气相色谱-质谱联用)分析,定量定性了所含油蜡的构成。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract:This paper describes the process of extraction of fat and oil from jojoba seed by fresh solvent cycle extraction method, based on investigation of solvent selection,cycle extraction,process operation,crude oil refinement, the optimum parameters were probed. The jojoba oil with bright yellow, transparency .ordorless was obtained. The yield of the fat and oil was up to 46.8% and the actual recovery exceeded 95% based on dried seed.
