磁性旋转编码传感器的研制
A Study on Magnetic Rotary Encoder
【摘要】 本文介绍的两相输出磁性旋转编码器输出电压Vp-p=41mV(Vcc=5V),灵敏度为6.3μV/(A·m-1),分辨率为400p/r.实验证明,磁鼓与磁阻传感器之间存在最佳间隙,当间距为1mm时,输出最大.
【Abstract】 A Magnetic Rotary Encode with two phases output has been Studied. The properties of this device are: output voltage, Vp-p≈41mV (Vcc = 5V), the sensitivity is 6.3μV/(A·m-1), the resolution is 400 P.P.R. There is a optimal gap has been proved by experiment when the gap between the magnetic drum and magnetoreistant sensor is 1mm, the output Voltage is maximum.
