【摘要】 对“有无对比法”和“费用分摊法”这两种经济评价的方法进行了对比、分析、并用“有无对比法”对LS市邮电局的1～5期改扩建工程进行经济评价,对改扩建前与改扩建后的经济效益进行分析比较,从而得出项目的净收益,做出对项目准确的经济评价。结果表明“有无对比法”比“费用分摊法”更为科学、真实。更多还原

【Abstract】 In contrast with the other method of economic evaluation, i. e. the cost-share method, the have-and-have-not method followed was put into use for economic evaluation to the PTT office’ s 1 - 5 terms reform-and-expansion project in LS city. In analyzing and comparing the profit before and after expansion, the net revenue was obtained and a more accurate economic evaluation was yielded. The result shows that the have-and-have-not method is superior to the cost-share method.更多还原
