【摘要】 本文对江西官山自然保护区分布的大叶含笑树种的形态特征、林学特性进行了考察研究.在此基础上采集了该树种的叶和花,提取了芳香油,并对芳香油的化学成分和利用价值进行了研究结果表明:大叶含笑花挥发油含有56种化学成分.其中主要有β-石竹烯、顺罗勒烯、β-蒎烯、金合欢醇香柠檬脑等.大叶含笑叶油含有58种化学成分,主要有橙花叔醇、β-石竹烯、金合欢醇、愈创木醇、榄素及乙酸香叶酯等.分别鉴定了其中的49种成分和44种成分.已鉴定的成分分别占芳香油总量的97.82%和95.69%.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the shape characteristic and the forestry specific property of michelia fallaxa dandy,which is distributed on Guanshan natural reserve of Jiangxi,are re- ported.On the basis of it,the leaf and the flower of this kind of tree have been collected,the volatile oil has been extracted,at the same time,the chemical constituents and the utility val- ue of the volatile oil have been studied.The result indicates:The essential oil of floral of michelia fallaxa dandy contains 56 chemical components,they are β-caryophyllene,cis- ocimene,β-pinene,farnesol and bergaptene etc.The essential oil of leaf of michelia fallaxa dandy contains 58 chemical components,they are nerolidol;β-caryophyllene,farnesol,guaiol, elemicin and geranyl acetate etc.49 and 44 components have been identified separately,the totak contents of which are 97.82% and 95.69% of the volatile oil.更多还原
